Creative tasks that make us more productive are really beneficial for our overall state of mind. They keep our thoughts and mind working in a positive direction. People who are going through Depression and Mania use this tool frequently and our studies have proven it to be very effective.
We have been studying how effective Creative Tasks are and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference Creative Tasks have made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
