Journaling For Depression / Journaling For Mania
Journalism is a great way to get our thoughts onto paper. It gives us a sense of control and calmness once we write it down. This tool is very useful and used by many who are under Depression and Mania. Studies have shown it to have positive results in curing their state of minds.
We have been studying how effective Journaling is and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference Journaling has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
