Yoga is a form of physical therapy that attracts people of all age groups to do.It not only nurtures the mind but also our bodily health. Yoga has been found through our research to help people suffering from depression and mania and aid in their recovery. While many people rave about the difference yoga has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
