Isolation can make many have the time and space they need to figure things out and get their lives in order. It can bring peace and clarity. This tool tend to be used by many who suffer from Depression and Mania and our studies have proven it to have positive impacts.
We have been studying how effective Isolation is and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference Isolation has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
