Social Media For Depression / Social Media For Mania
Social media can be a positive addition to our lives if used properly.It is often a good distraction and can be entertaining. This tool is used by many who are suffering from Depression and Mania and our studies have shown it to be very beneficial for their mental health.
We have been studying how effective Social Media is and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference Social Media has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
