Herbal tea is a natural and decades old remedy for many diseases. It is a healthy alternative to other forms of beverages and our research has shown that it is used as a tool by many of those who are under depression/mania.
We have been studying how effective Herbal Tea is and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference Herbal Tea has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
