The closer one is to nature and its surroundings the healthier a person can be. Sunset/sunrise watching is a wonderful way to disconnect from our gadget-filled lives and take in nature. It will immediately improve our mental well-being over time. It is is also a tool used by many people who are going through Depression/Mania.
We have been studying how effective Sunset/Sunrise Watching is and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference Sunset/Sunrise Watching has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
