Brainstorming For Depression / Brainstorming For Mania

Brainstorming is a healthy way to distract our minds and improve critical thinking. This tool is used by many who are under Depression and Mania and our research studies have shown it to have a positive impact.
We have been studying how effective Brainstorming is and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference Brainstorming has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
