Introspection For Depression / Introspection For Mania

Introspection helps one analyze their own thought process and its very important in keeping your mental health in check. This tool is found to be very helpful for those under Depression and Mania and our studies have shown it to have positive results.
We have been studying how effective Introspection is and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference Introspection has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
