Meditation For Depression / Meditation For Mania

Meditation is known to cure all illnesses of the mind and soul. This form of therapy is centuries old and it is still so popularly used by people of all ages and race. People suffering from Depression and Mania tend to use meditation as a tool to heal themselves and our research has shown positive results.
We have been studying how effective Meditation is and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference Meditation has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
