Cardio For Depression / Cardio For Mania

Cardio is a very popular form of exercise. It has many benefits for both the mental and physical health, which is why people of all ages tend to do cardio. Our research indicates its many advantages for those going through Depression and Mania.
We have been studying how effective cardio is and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference cardio has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
