Dancing For Depression / Dancing For Mania

Dancing has no limits and has been known as as hobby for some people, a career or simply an exercise for others. Our studies found that dancing is indeed an effective tool for overcoming Depression, Mania and Mixed States.
We have been studying how effective dancing is and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference dancing has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
Please take a couple of minutes to answer the following questions about how you are using dancing as a tool.
