Group Exercise For Depression / Group Exercise For Mania

Many people love group exercises as it motivates them to exercise more when they see others doing it. It also promotes healthy social interactions. People going through depression and mania often engage in group exercises and our studies show that it is a great tool in helping them in their journey to recovery. We have been studying how effective group exercise is and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference group exercise has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
Please take a couple of minutes to answer the following questions about how you are using group exercise as a tool. Our hope is that by answering a few simple questions you will learn more about how to use the tool yourself, but also that what you share can benefit others when we compile all of the information we gather.
The study is completely anonymous. We do not even ask who you are or any identifying information. Please fill out the questionnaire below right away and thank you in advance for helping us with our study of group exercise as a tool for depression, mania, and mixed states.
