Resting For Depression / Resting For Mania
Resting is the oldest remedy for any disease either mental or physical. Sufficient rest according to age, gender or physique can help in the recovery of any mental/physical illness. It has proven to be an effective tool for people suffering from Depression and Mania.
We have been studying how effective resting is and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference resting has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
