Stretching For Depression / Stretching For Mania

Stretching is a convenient form of exercise that one can do in the comfort of their home. We often found through our studies that stretching as a tool has direct effectiveness in helping people overcome depression and mania. While many people rave about the difference stretching has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
Please take a couple of minutes to answer the following questions about how you are using stretching as a tool. Our hope is that by answering a few simple questions you will learn more about how to use the tool yourself, but also that what you share can benefit others when we compile all of the information we gather.
The study is completely anonymous. We do not even ask who you are or any identifying information. Please fill out the questionnaire below right away and thank you in advance for helping us with our study of stretching as a tool for depression, mania, and mixed states.
