Weight Lifting For Depression / Weight Lifting For Mania

Many people do weightlifting as a way of helping to build their physique. Often those going through Mania and Depression tend to engage in weightlifting which has proven to have a significant impact on their mental health through our research studies. We have been studying how effective weight lifting is and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference weight lifting has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
Please take a couple of minutes to answer the following questions about how you are using weight lifting as a tool.
