Gratitude For Depression / Gratitude For Mania

Gratitude is important in order to have an appreciation for life. We no longer will pay attention to things that are negative in our lives and focus on the positive. Likewise, this tool is used by many who suffer from Depression and Mania.
We have been studying how effective Gratitude is and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference Gratitude has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
