Mindfulness For Depression / Mindfulness For Mania

Mindfulness of ones thoughts and actions can bring a change of character and state of mind. One will have better control of negative thoughts and emotions. This tool is used by many who suffer from Depression and Mania.
We have been studying how effective Mindfulness is and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference Mindfulness has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
Please take a couple of minutes to answer the following questions about how you are using Mindfulness as a tool.
