Reflection can make one really think about themselves and see what they can do to improve themselves or be more grateful for etc. It can result in positive healing for many people. This tool is used by many who suffer from Depression and Mania and our research has found positive results.
We have been studying how effective Reflection is and have so far learned some very interesting things. While many people rave about the difference Reflection has made, when we dig a little deeper we find that how one uses the tool has a major effect on how well it works.
