Your Help

Is Appreciated

Help Us Achieve Our Goals

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping those who suffer from depression or bipolar disorder. Our entire program is run by people with direct experience with depression or bipolar. Many donate threir time and efforts to make a difference in our own lives as much as in the lives of others who share our struggles for better lives. We believe strongly in crowd-sourcing as the best way to represent the needs of everyone and we cannot do that without your help.

Specific Help Needed

How you choose to get involved is entirely up to you. You can help by simply commenting on our pages and that makes sure your voice is heard, but if you would like to do more we can certainly use the help. There is no limit to things you can do to make a difference informally and we will list several ideas below.

  • Visit our Engagement Page and Participate
  • Tell Your Friends
  • Like Our Facebook Page
  • Join Our Facebook Group
  • Tell Your Doctor About Us
  • Tell Your Therapist About Us
  • Share Our Blog
  • Research Our Data
  • Suggest Other Tasks!

If you would like to take a bigger role we ask that you fill out the form so we can coordinate projects and make the best use of your skills and interests. We especially need someone with skills to coordinate volunteer projects if you can do that ;-)

Thank You

Without the generous help from volunteers we would not be able to serve the community as we have been so fortunate to be able to do. I know how rewarding it is to contribute to a cause and hope that your efforts will make a difference in your life as well as those we help. Although it takes money to keep it all going, the small contributions of time that people contribute is what makes it all happen. Thank you for being a part of this community.
